1. One World Trade Center, New York
Designed by David M Childs, this 1,776 feet tall building is a symbolic structure that stands just adjacent to the 9/11 memorial in New York City. It is the tallest skyscraper in the western world whose construction began in April 2006. It is important to note that the last element of One World Trade Center’s spire was fixed in 2013 making this particular skyscraper the fourth tallest skyscraper in the world.

This distinctive structure was created by architects Cesar Pelli and Achmad Murdijat, engineer Deejay Cerico and designer Dominic Saibo under the consultancy of JC Guinto.
